With this being said, our new booking policy now in place will be to protect our business and ensure fair treatment to all our clients.

For all future bookings moving forward, we advise you carefully make a booking/appointment.

Please Note: Any no-shows and last-minute cancellations mean that other clients miss their opportunity to have their appointments booked in.

A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings over 30 minutes.

The deposit is then taken off your full service total (on the day of your appointment you will only have to pay the difference).

We understand that sometimes bookings need to be changed and will allow a grace period of 48 hours notice for any changes to bookings/ appointments. Your deposit will be held for your next booking.

No shows, late cancellations OR late changes to your appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in losing your deposit.

All bookings will receive a confirmation message the day before their scheduled appointment, it is still your responsibility to save your appointment date and time.
